Beautiful, quiet, very safe even for a solo female traveler like me (with 2 GSDs). I would give it 10/5 if I could. Definitely coming back!

I loved everything about it. From the personal touches all around the house. Surrounded by nature and the quietness. Its definitey away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I know some people mentioned the seating area. We were fine a family of four and our dog. My husband love the rocks, he is an avid rock collector. Viewpoints were amazing, plenty of land to hike. Host left plenty of detailed information for stuff to do. It is a little of a drive to Anza Borrego and Julian. But the scenery on the drive makes up for the distance. I know how we are so connected sometimes and my mom did mention there was no TV's. I actually loved this, because there were tons of books, puzzles, boardgames, music. This helped the family connect a little more. Instead of everyone in thier room watching tv or on thier devices. There is a great wifi connection if you must have entertainment. I was able to get some school work done. I love the simplicity of the place. I will definitely be back!

If you want solitude, this is the place for you. It is well appointed, comfortable, and the view from every room is one of natural beauty. Very cozy. We loved it here!

We had the BEST time at Ann Marie’s place. Not only is she super response and detailed, she’s incredibly helpful - she left a hand drawn map of the property along with Hike descriptions and lists of phone numbers in the area. The place itself was cozy and reminded me of my childhood which was such an amazing feeling. She has little touches that are extra welcoming, notes, reminders, helpful hints, extra stocked batteries and pantry items (if needed), plenty of space and the property itself was beautiful!! We hiked almost the whole time we were there. I will definitely be back if she will have us!!

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved Ann Maries home. It was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful area. Home is situated on beautiful property that you can walk around and explore and was very relaxing. Lovely views from every window. We didn't want to leave!
