Wow wow wow. Even better than the pictures and they looked great. Absolutely beautiful house in a stunning location. Decor was beautiful with every home comfort and much more. The cottage is located within the grounds of the most beautiful house and gardens. We were lucky enough to have absolutely fabulous weather for the whole weekend. Great recommendations from Julia who was on hand if you had any problems (which we didn’t). Fabulous Sunday lunch in the pub at the bottom of the road and an absolutely amazing breakfast sat on the veranda at The Greenhouse cafe which was a 5 minute walk away. Beautiful walks along the canal which is just across the road from the property. Visited Powys Castle which was a 10 minute drive away and boys went for a round of golf at the local golf course again just across the road and a 5 minute walk. Can’t believe how much there is to do either within this small village or the surrounding area. We will definitely be back. Thank you Julia and team

Just what we needed! We stayed as a party of 6 adults, 2 dogs and 1 infant. Julia responded very quickly to all questions we had which was very reassuring. The place was described as detailed and was absolutely stunning. Each couple had a fair sized room with bathrooms to match and the entire place was just so cosy. There’s plenty of parking on site, space enough to fit 8 people should you need and just about everything you need is at the property. Very close drive to a lot of places which we were able to do, as well as enjoying a short walk to the local pub which was also accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again for the size, location, cleanliness and fulfilment of all needs - thanks again Julia!
