Myself and 2 employees stayed here for almost 3 months during the off season, place was great and the communication with Matt was always prompt and accommodating!

What a great stay. The location is perfect-at least offseason. Tucked away from the street and away from any noise and traffic from pre-season prep. The unit is very comfortable and the two bedrooms are spaced so occupants feel privacy. There was excellent communication, even to the point of confirming hot water was turned on. The pre check in information was thorough. Bottom line-highly endorsed. I can't speak to the nine week summer season, but in the shoulder season there were enough people around to make it interesting but not enough to disturb my needed peace. The stay and the space exceeded our expectations

Matt and Melissa were great hosts, and clearly put a great deal of thought into their well-appointed condo. The location is central, in the heart of the institution, and was comfortable for two of us - thanks again!

Comfortable and very convenient location. Short walk to most major locations. Great for a family of four.
