Florian's place was fantastic, by far the best one we stayed in. The house was very clean, generously equipped and meticulously designed with a lot of attention to details. Large comfortable beds, everything looks so nice and modern. The house is located perfectly just near Grouse mountain, Cleveland dam and capilano bridge, in a pleasant neighborhood. Florian was very nice and responsive. We are definitely staying here again! actually tried to extend the stay as we liked the place and host so much, but unfortunately for us, it was already booked for the following days.

Florian’s place was the best! Capilano was an incredible area. Beautiful, higher end homes, parks and a lot of things for tourists to see and do. His place was comfortable and safe for my kids to walk around. There is a beautiful walking path 3 houses down that was from a movie. This is without a doubt the perfect Airbnb in Vancouver. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

This is such a gem of a place! My wife and I stayed here for just over a month while we looked for our own home in the neighbourhood. We've stayed at about a dozen airbnbs in this area, and this is by far our favorite! It's beautifully furnished and so comfortable (particularly the master bed!) The kitchen is fully equipped to make pretty much anything you want to. It's a lower suite, but it had the least amount of noise of any lower suite we've stayed. It's also walkable to Grouse and the Dam with wonderful mountain views from the street. And finally, Florian and his family are responsive and lovely. Now that we're in the neighbourhood, we'll be sending all overflow visitors here. Don't hesitate, just book!

Florian's place is perfect for all-season stay, it's located at one of the most beautiful part of Vancouver, you literally live in a forest, with capilano dam and grouse mountain nearby. Two bedrooms are ideal for family with two kids and more. Highly recommended!
