Had a nice stay with our family in both the upstairs and downstairs apartments. It is a great location in North Vancouver, and provided us ample space for our multi-generational group. There were however some improvements that I’d recommend; The fixings are rather dated and could do with some redecorating and general sprucing up (e.g. peeling paint, footstools used as bedside tables, bed frames a bit broken). The upstairs bathroom was not clean, we had to remove hair from both the bath and sink plugs to get water to flow. There was not enough toilet paper or dishwashing tablets for a week-long stay. The fridge downstairs was broken when we arrived, though this was fixed during our stay and didn’t impact us much as we had the use of the upstairs fridge. Overall it was a functional property and we had an enjoyable stay here regardless of the point above. The house served its purpose well but it could do with updating and a bit more finesse.

Incredibly spacious, lovely deck, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend for family reunions, extended family trips.

Masoud was great to deal with. The house was exactly as described. It was perfect for our large group, giving everyone their own space. I highly recommend Masoud's home.

My family and I stayed at Masoud’s beautiful house for a long weekend and all of us enjoyed staying there. The house was exactly what it had been described. It has plenty of spaces and wonderful views of both mountain and water. I would definitely stay at this house again.
