We stay in the Melbourne Beach area annually, this was one of our favorites! Easy beach access, outdoor shower, and a pool!

This was our second year in a row visiting here. Enough said! It’s the perfect place for our family to unwind and have a quiet beach life for a few weeks in the summer. Great residential area, everyone is very nice and lots of cute restaurants and shops just a short drive away. Nancie has everything you could possibly need on site. Loved the pool! We hope to be back again!

Nancie's beach house is amazing. What could be better than a 5 minute walk to the private beach, a pool, and an outdoor shower! And it was turtle time -- how fun! The outdoor area is so comfortable, beautiful and screened in. I worked out there almost every day....video conferences and all. Internet was great. Nancie was amazing. Very responsive to every question and request. Wish we could have stayed for a few more months! A true gem of a place and a true gem of a person! Thanks for everything, Nancie! Toni Lee

A hidden gem perfect for nice peaceful family vacation! Our family enjoyed waking to the beach daily and spending all our time out side on the screen porch, pool, or looking at lizards on all the trees on the property. House was very well kept and she provided everything u would need for your stay, making it so easy to stay there. We loved the area being more residential - lended itself to a quiet stay which was exactly what we wanted. The beach is private and we hardly saw anyone else out there during our time. We also had tons of wildlife sightings include 2 sea turtles in the water and 1 norther weight whale swimming by! Pretty incredible ! We would recommend this place for sure! And will hopefully be back!
