The place was very nice and clean. The location was a lot further out than expected. 6 miles to closest Casey's. But the location was beautiful and peaceful. The queen bed lised in the queen was actually a mattress for the floor. And make sure you bring any snacks or breakfast nibbles.. Set up was great for a group, but wasn't ideal for a group of 65 to 75 year old ladies with a bunk or mattresses for the floor. Overall was very nice and communication was fantastic.

This basement apartment within the Hummingbird Inn was perfect for our two families and three children. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. One bath is in the hallway and one is attached to the master bedroom. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate an early check in for us so our kids could nap. It was such a blessing. The hosts always responded quickly. It was wonderful having a spacious living room, a full kitchen and a whole outdoor patio to ourselves with a great view!
