This home is spacious and comfortable. There is a nicely stocked coffee bar and snacks provided. The beds are very comfortable. It is a short drive to trails, restaurants and downtown San Francisco. The backyard area is very nice, and we enjoyed having access to the water and kayaks to use.

The house was wonderful. The private dock and kayaks were great. The indoor space was really functional for a large group, and walking around the nearby park was gorgeous. There are 3 comfortable beds (that fit 6) and less comfortable folding beds that we used for the other two guests. The host was extremely responsive.

What a great place! From the treats at check in to the fresh coffee bar we were blown away! The hosts were amazing making sure our time there was relaxing and worry free. It was only a short drive into San Francisco. I would highly recommend this place

Staying at Timothy's place made our trip to San Francisco feel like home. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described in the listing. For us it was the perfect place for day trips to the city sights, Marin area and Napa.

The key attributes to this house are the backyard deck, location, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, we only had one day without rain so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful backyard but I can only imagine beautiful warm weather days/nights getting some sun looking out to the water and enjoying the fire pit at night. The location is central only minutes from Larkspur landing, Sausalito, Tiburon, and Corte Madera. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and many supermarkets and restaurants are within a few mile radius. We love grabbing sandwiches and a glass of wine at Andy’s market in Loch Lomond and having a relaxing lunch overlooking the marina. Beds were comfortable. House clean. Lots of attention to detail like the art, gumball machines, snacks throughout the house, a bar, and the star feature for our family was a well stocked coffee bar with unlimited espresso/coffee and Turani. Inspired us to look to install one in our house. We had a great time.
