Francisco was a fantastic host who was very accommodating for our early arrival from an overnight flight, and was very helpful in navigating the area during a national holiday (when almost everything was closed!). While the indoors of the cottage were small and cozy, the patio and surroundings were very spacious, the amenities were outstanding and perfect for any couple looking for a rustic stay in a rural part of Sao Miguel. Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

We adored every minute we spent at this Air BnB. It was our first international trip with our 4 month old son, and this was the perfect getaway for our family. The cottage is stunning, and the landscape is incredibly serene and idyllic. Francisco was a fantastic host, and the communication was flawless. We requested an earlier check-in due to our flight time, and he was so happy to accommodate! We couldn't have been more thrilled with the space and the privacy of our stay. Hopefully we'll be back!

Wow, one of the best! Exactly what Airbnb has come to mean to us! Outdoor kitchen is something special, with a view that is stunning, all tied up with a lovely unique living space! Located in the narrowest part of the island, you could almost see both oceans while driving!
