Quick 3 night trip for our family of 3 up to Michigan to do some skiing. Although the weather didn’t really cooperate, we made the most of it and got some runs in anyways. This home was a perfect home base for us and an easy 20 minute drive to Caberfae Ski Resort. 10 minutes to downtown Cadillac for food and shopping. We can’t wait to come back and would def consider this property again! Cheers!

Lovely home and gorgeous property. We would stay again! Though the neighboring properties are very very close it still feels quite private.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the lake on every floor. We had ten people and we all had plenty of space. Everything was updated and decorated so nice. Felt comfortable and right at home. Also, the owner Tess was very responsive and helpful.

The home itself is lovely, Tess, the contact for Evolve, is not. After our stay she reached out to complain and berate me for the fact that their neighbors took the garbage out for us before we did, meaning that their neighbors walked over and took the cans to the street at 8:30 pm on the last night of our stay. I didn’t clean up until 11 that night when folks went to bed, and then took out the trash. But I was told that I “couldn’t follow simple instructions” and should send a $25 thank you card to the neighbor that rolled the cans 20 feet down the drive. I worked very hard to be understanding of the fact that we didn’t leave a table and a couple of chairs exactly where they were when we arrived, and was empathetic to her frustration, and apologized for missing the furniture and a couple pieces of trash in the kitchen bin. For all this I was told I “must be from Ohio or Chicago” and “couldn’t even manage a list”. Oh, and she was waiting in the driveway for us to check out at 11.
