Poditives: Check in was great, owner was always available to help, clean and neat, comfortable, had everything we needed, everything worked, security was excellent. Negatives: pool was milky, cigarette butts left on the wall of the patio unfortunately, curtain rail broken.

The place was nice and easy to get to amenities. It was a struggle everyday to get anywhere cause you have to calculate 53 stairs up and another down. The building is nice and private but getting in those stairs was a chore over the holidays. The apartment has wooden floors that annoys for days and it only has one toilet and shower. Security is on point 24/7. Also wish there was housekeeping to maintain place over such a long period. Beautiful pool in complex

Great apartment ideally located within easy walking distance of V & A waterfront, restaurants and supermarket. The apartment has 24 hour security and the neighbourhood felt very safe. The apartment itself was great - well equipped, spacious and clean and even a view of the sea from the balcony. The shared swimming pool was a welcome addition at the end if a hot day exploring the city. At the end if our stay the security guy allowed us to store our luggage after we had checked out, as we had an evening flight back home. The only downside was the lack of communication from the host - despite sending 3 messages prior to check in, we never received a response nor any other communication during our stay. Luckily this didn’t matter in the end. Overall I would recommend this apartment.

Bel appartement à proximité du waterfront et de nombreux restaurants. Des supermarchés de proximité à distance de marche. L'appartement est propre et correspond à la description. Le bâtiment est mal insonorisé mais l'environnement était calme. Il y a une place de parking privée, un lave vaisselle et une machine à laver, ce qui nous a été précieux ! Le service d'accueil et gardiennage est très sympathique. Proprietaires reactifs lorsqu'on les sollicite.

The place is very nice. However, the wooden floors are extremely noisy. the building is not sound proof - you can hear Neighbours down stairs and next door. We had construction behind the apartments (however this is no fault of the host, perhaps a heads up would have been good) Not enough toilet roll in the apartment. Response times were not great from the host.
