A wonderful welcome from Angela to a beautiful location, comfy beds, great food in a nearby pub - and fantastic breakfasts from Angela. Definitely to be recommended.

what a lovely warm welcome we got from Angela , The Room was very cozy with added touches such as biscuits, sugar,tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The breakfast was outstanding a big breakfast with good quality of food. The farm was nice and quiet and whilst I thought I'd maybe wake up with the sheep baa baa ing I never heard a thing so good quality double glazing too. thank you for a very relaxing holiday Angela.

Great B&B, we stayed there for a few days walking, it was an ideal base, comfortable, great breakfast, Angela the host was very helpful and welcoming, providing overnight drying areas for our wet gear (that's August in the Lakes for you :-) ) as well as substantial packed lunches.

The farm is in a great location with fantastic views all round, 1 mile pleasant walk to the nearest pub. A nice friendly welcoming by Angella, clean tidy rooms and a really nice breakfast.
