The property was not up to standard of other Air BNB I have stayed. Things were broken (coffee table off wheels when moved). What looked to be blood stains in both bedrooms. Mould in bathrooms. Couldn't use ensuite as hardly enough room to stand up. The balcony was filthy from previous guests spilling drinks everywhere and then dirt sticking to it (black feet). They were renovating an old spa room down stairs and we put up with constant jack hammering out old tiles for 2 days until we checked out 1 night early. We should have been informed before booking. Permanent residents were informed. Not worth the price we paid.

I booked this apartment not reading the whole description, just looked at it for a glance. Got the keys from the self check in which was easy. Parked my car in the garage and headed inside. When I went into the bedrooms there was no linen. No towels, sheets etc. I read the booklet left on the table which stated linen could be hired from a local company for $40! There was 3 beds! An extra $120 just to have a bath towel, bed sheets, pillow cases and blankets! So I sent a message to the host asking how I can hire these items, I didn’t get a reply. So, at 5pm I went to K-mart and bought a sheet set for $25 to use. I don’t understand the “no linen household” and for the price of the stay, I’d expect linen. The apartment smelt like damp water. Dead cockroach in the bathroom, stains on the carpets and to be honest, I couldn’t wait to leave. Sad tho as it’s a great location

The view is wonderful. All clean and you will find all kitchenware essentials required. The only thing we didn’t really like was the mattress in the main bedroom ( don’t know about the other ones as we didn’t use them); couldn’t have a great sleep on it however our baby seemed to enjoy it as slept much better than on his orthopaedic one :). Would recommend the property.
