Also, our home is near the birthplace of Catholicism for KY. Referred to as "The Holyland", there are over 60 churches and gravesites as well as The Loretto Motherhouse and the Abby at Gethsemane. Stoked in history, The Birthplace of Abraham Lincoln, dinner trains and Civil War sites surround us! Come visit & see! This charming home was built circa 1863, but in 2000 was renovated with all the amenities of modern day living. The charm has been maintained to the era in which it was originally built with lots of detailed moldings and ceilings. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and lots of windows. Our 4 guest rooms feature Queen sized beds with ceiling fans, ensuite bathrooms with towels, toiletries and blow dryers provided. Common areas include a large secluded back patio, front porch with rocking chairs, balcony, kitchen, dining and parlor. Free private expansive off-street parking is available.
