We had a group of 9 that visited for the Kentucky Derby. We were all blown away with the house and the property it sat on. We hired Andy and his staff to provide transportation to all of the distilleries, the derby, restaurants, airport, etc. Every single one of them were great to talk to. The pictures of the home on the airbnb site are professional done, however, the place is so much nicer that what those photos try to illustrate. We enjoyed fishing in the pond and cooking in the outdoor space. Overall, probably the best airbnb experience we all have ever had. Andy and Melynda thank yall for everything. It was a blast! We hope we can do it again. Cheers!

Great stay for a friends trip

It is my pleasure to guide others towards this property and our hosts. The back story is we have adopted western Kentucky as a place for our widely scattered families to converge on, especially for the holidays. With all of the grandchildren eight and younger we look for secure and safe properties with plenty of outside space for walks and exploring. Bringing this many families and kids together also means everyone will be looking for some personal time and space, this property has ample bedrooms and communal areas eating, cooking, and outside playing. For the adult explorers you are also within easy driving distance of multiple distilleries, some more well know than others. My only note is the access road off the highway. There is a 12 mile marker just short of the access road and the mailbox is on the other side. In the dark it comes up quick. We found that bearing to the left at the Y once on the pro seemed easier. Do not take the first left it is not related to this property.

Excellent house exactly as described. Perfect set up for 4 couples or a family. Peaceful setting. We would re-book If we were ever in the area again.
