Very nice stay at the base of Mt Shasta, perfect for a ski trip. The home was nicely furnished with a fully functional kitchen complete with spices, coffee, and even cooking oil. Washer and dryer is a bonus. Comfy beds and couch, clean linens, and even some games and books. Would highly recommend!

My family and I visit Shasta about 4-5 times a year, Adam has been the best host by far. He was accommodating to our needs which in which we are very thankful. The home itself was very cozy and clean. It was also close to all the restaurants and gas station. I would highly recommend this listing.

This place was great and I would stay again. It was very clean, easy to get to, and made the ski trip easy. The only issue was the broken HVAC. Space heaters were used and no communication about this issue until I checked in.

The location rivals any for an in town rental! Adam is an attentive host; always there to help. I love the kitchen, I have everything I need to cook like I’m at home. This was our second time renting from Adam. We’ll be back next snow season.

Great location in downtown Mt. Shasta. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery stores. The house has been beautifully remodeled, but retains the old house charm. The living room provided plenty of space for our family of three to spread out comfortably. The kitchen is very well equipped, with plenty of counter space for cooking meals. Thanks Adam, we had a great time!
