Beautiful location. Carpets bit tattered, but overall satisfactory.
We had a great stay in Linhay cottage. The owner and site manager are friendly and responsive. The cottage is basic but has everything you need to get by. Comfy beds and good appliances. The play area was a hit with our child - it's better than the pictures. The only thing we struggled with was clothes washing - there is a communal laundry room for the cottages on the property but it only had one working machine which tended to be in use most of the time so it was tricky to find a slot to get our washing done. A minor inconvenience as we did manage to get a couple of loads in. The only other thing to note if you hate them as much as I do is that there are a fair amount of spiders around but that is to be expected in such a natural setting! The location is wonderful - close to beaches, but removed from town so you really feel like you are on holiday. Overall, it was a lovely getaway and we definitely plan to return.
Summer Court appealed to me in so many ways. A peaceful location, a charming cottage that was a pleasure to return to… and the grounds are lovely too. The cottage itself is simply furnished and reasonably well equipped. I enjoyed my stay, and would happily recommend Summer Court to others. The combination of location and and the cottage itself exceeded my expectations. It made my stay in Cornwall feel very special. The hosts are friendly and responsive. All in all five stars!
