our second visit to Zoes site. Great location, very relaxing and great base for visiting many areas including Clovelly and Bude. The caravan was beautifully presented and very cozy. Well equipped for a family self catering holiday. Zoe is an excellent, welcoming host who goes above and beyond to help you enjoy your break. Hope to return next year.

Arrived late on Friday to glorious weather and the instructions to find the place was spot on, our caravan had our name on a board which was very cute. The caravan was everything Zoe said and it’s decked out with everything you need, comfortable beds and the tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits was a lovely surprise. We didn’t get to explore the surroundings as we were down for a wedding. We 100% recommend this place and definitely will come again.

Great place to stay. Caravan had everything we needed. Really helpful having our own garden as had our 5 month old puppy with us. Hartland is a lovely area with plenty of places nearby to visit. Highly recommend, thank you Zoe.

We had wonderful Easter weekend at the "Scrumpy Duck". Zoe's place was spotless and very comfortable. It was exactly what we were expecting. Zoe was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back.
