The house was exactly what we were looking for. Amenities were as advertised and the house was clean upon arrival. The location was nice and activity around the house was fun (horses and hunting dogs). Beds were comfortable and the climate control in the house was good. Close to the Salamander if you are in town for a wedding there. Cancellation policy is a little harsh. Be aware that the house is advertised as sleeping ten (and it would), however the owner charged based on how many guests are staying. Initially booked with 6 people, when I added two additional guests price increased by $275. I understand that there is additional cleaning involved but I do not believe the add on was justified for cleaning an additional room and 2 extra towels. Not like they would have been able to book the other room we originally weren’t using and the cleaning crew was already cleaning the rest of the house. Floors are a little out of whack. Still a very nice experience. Thank you Job.

The owners were so helpful. The home is cozy and peaceful. Everyone in our group said the beds were comfortable. The wine and snacks were very appreciated.

This was a girl's trip for an annual wine weekend we take in various locations. The description of the cabin was exactly what the listing said. Four really nice sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is small, but had all the amenities we needed. We did find the fridge door to be annoying as if it was open, it blocked the hallway, but that was minor. The house is very close to many wineries as well. Our only suggestion (and we really had to think about it) was the living room seating. The house sleeps eight, yet there was only seating for five (and that is with three on the sofa) in the living area. The chairs were not really that comfy...we would have loved to have a big comfy sectional or sofa with chairs we could curl up in, especially since it snowed one day. A gas or electric fireplace would be a nice touch as well...just for the ambiance in the winter. But...these are ONLY suggestions as we found the house to be perfect for our needs! We would definitely return

Our stay was wonderful! Sunji and Job went out of their way to let us meet their hounds, which was a highlight for our group. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. Be aware there is some mechanical noise that can be heard from one bedroom. Light sleepers may want to bring a sound machine. Additionally, the couch is has some wear, but has a nice cover. The cover tends to slip off. Overall, we would return again!

Great spot. Beautiful views and gorgeous sunrise. Middleburg is a quick drive.
