Totally had a great stay. The mountain view from the balcony is perfect especially in the morning. The unit is clean and the location is accessible to mall. Well recommended.

For the price I expected furniture on the patio, a bidet, shampoo / soap, dish soap, and for a week stay extra tissue and drinking water.

Excellent stay! I enjoy O Residence and its location to everything in Bacolod. Ms Eireen and staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only thing I would suggest would be furniture for the outside balcony! I would definitely stay here again!!!
