The initial conversation prior to the arrival with Alessandro was pleasant and he provided some good recommendations for place/restaurants. When we reached the apartment we had to wait due to the Pin Code for the door being wrong. Once inside, the view of the the place is fantastic as in the pictures. The standard of cleaning was really not satisfying though, especially considering that you pay 100 EUR for it. Also the wifi was not working. We have brought both points to the attention of the host, who didn’t react very friendly. There was an offer to have someone to come clean again, but it was not necessary anymore after we cleaned ourselves. Only when Airbnb was involved, did the style of communication become more friendly, which is a pity. We have received a refund of 50 EUR & 10 EUR for the lack of cleaning and wifi not working. Considering that there are almost exclusively positive reviews, our experience was a bit disappointing and above events made the stay more stressful than necessary. Our experience was not a first however, as another group had a very similar experience shortly before we stayed there. In the end the communication was all fine and all issues (except wifi) resolved, however it leaves a bit a bad aftertaste.

prima locatie om de omgeving te verkennen. in porto pozzo zelf is niet veel te doen, dus zorg dat je een auto hebt. communicatie verliep vlekkeloos en snel, dat was zeer prettig. Code voor inchecken klopte namelijk niet, maar na een kort belletje was dit opgelost. kon echt schoner en minder rommelig. we hebben zelf uitgebreid schoongemaakt bij aankomst.

Traumhafte Aussicht, schöner Pool, nette Anlage für Familien! Die Wohnung von Alessandro ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über eine überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro war stets einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
