We had a family gathering of 15 people of all age groups. Everyone loved your farmhouse and the surroundings both garden and countryside. The house is so spacious the kitchen light and airy,well equipped, the dining room is great for meals at home, playing games and quizzes, with its vast square trestled table. Upstairs bedrooms are equally light airy and comfortable some have en-suite but wherever, there’s always a great shower room nearby. Support from Penny was invaluable, you never felt anything was too much. In summary, we found this absolutely ideal for a family get together ( France Dulwich Farnham Derby) in lovely countryside, a fine choice of hostelries and restaurants, close to towns and not far to the sea. And they managed to give us the best of Sussex weather!

We had a great stay over a bank holiday weekend, with 5 families together. It's a lovely location. We had a good day by the sea at Seaford and enjoyed a lovely walk through the fields to The Half Moon at Plumpton for Sunday lunch. The house is very comfortable and a relaxed space. The kitchen is very well equipped (even a blender and baking equipment) -- we were able to cook for 16 and all sit down together around the big dining room table. Excellent place!

Great place especially for groups of families Plenty of space and it was great they could provide cots and high chairs. So lovely to be able to see all the animals and walk along the road past the bluebell woods Firedoors were difficult to open for kids and a bit hazardous for tiny fingers but I understand why they have to have them

Couldn’t recommend this enough! Perfect family friendly, large cottage, amazing outdoor space and close to the village. Such wonderful hosts - great communicators and very friendly!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful part of the world. We were a large group of 5 families with children aged between 2 - 12. Great place to stay for large groups. Good facilities and really well equipped kitchen
