This was our second stay at Alejandro's place. The place is beyond spotless. Alejandro was quick to reply to that one question I had. Walking distance to restaurants and Publix. Beautiful area for a morning or evening walk. Can't wait to book again for next year!!!

I stayed here before a few years ago and this time I booked it for my parents. The studio is easy to find and in a great location. Upon arriving they noticed a very strong chemical smell from the towels and sheets but it was late so they went to bed. In the morning they both had rashes on their bodies (they are in their 70’s) so I notified Alejandro and he immediately brought them brand new sheets and towels. He did make a comment that no one had complained about the fabric softener before and wanted a picture of the rashes (which they did not feel comfortable sharing). They changed sheets and enjoyed their stay. They mentioned it wasn’t as nice as the first time we stayed in 2019, but I imagine it’s gotten a lot of use since then. Overall their stay was wonderful & Alejandro is wonderful but would suggest to err on the side of caution and not use strong detergents to wash sheets and towels or offer guests who may be sensitive a free & clear alternative. We will definitely be back!

This is one of the very few airbnbs where you might not have to bring a thing except yourself and your clothes. Alejandro, the host, thought of it all. He had everything you can possibly need and very clear and easy instructions to everything. From sealed razors, makeup wipes, to sunscreen and beach chairs, there was even a coloring book and coloring pencils in case you’re traveling with children! He seems to have this really figured out! Everything was extremely clean, the layout makes you feel like you’re right at home. A hotel-like homey feel. Alejandro was very responsive, reasonable and flexible. Will definitely be coming back if it’s ever available again lol!!
