The house is situated 100 meters from the Central Station and 150 from Basilica Santa Maria Novella, 10 minutes walk from Fortezza da Basso (famous for its fashion events and other fairs as Pitti Uomo, Bimbo, etc.), Leopolda Station, Theatre of Maggio Musicale where you can enjoy an evening of classical music, opera or ballet.
400 meters walk from the house you will find two supermarkets and a small supermarket is just in the front of the main entrance door for the first need necessities.
All the major Florence attractions such as Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, Giardino di Boboli are reachable in 10-15 minutes walk.
If you love shopping and the Italian brands than you can't miss a day at either the Mall or Barberino outlets. To reach both, there is a dedicated bus just 2 minutes walk from our house.
If you need to store your luggage because either you arrived earlier than foreseen or you would like to have a last glimpse on the city before leaving there is a luggage storage on the street next to us 1 minute walk away.

If you stay with us, you do not need the car to move. You are already in the centre of the city, only 2 minutes away from the central station where busses, trains, taxis and tramway are available.
From Florence airport a shuttle bus or tramway will take you to the station in only 15 minutes or you can take a taxi.
If you arrive with your own car, please take note we do not have a parking place, therefore you need to park in one of the garages nearby (a big one is under the central station) or in one of the private garages - better if you book in advance! You can also park on the street inside the blu lines - you can pay the ticket through the machines on the sidewalk.
On the central station there are also side seeing buses and buses which will take you outside the city for example to Chianti, Fiesole or Piazzale Michelangelo.
