The highlight of the stay was definitely the host Rai-Rai. I have been on this platform for 10+ years and she was absolutely the best host that I ever have experienced thus far. She was super responsive to chat and made sure that check in and out went super smooth. She gets 5 stars. The unit was just ok. As previous comments have noted, the main bed feels like it could collapse at any time. The kitchen table was missing chairs that have been broken and we had a continuous battle with bugs everywhere. The kitchen sink had some sort of odor that we constantly battled. The restrooms seemed dated and I would highly recommend that you bring your own towels and washcloths as the few smaller microfiber towels provided were lacking. Our biggest complaint was that at sundown there are a few major bars below the complex that crank up the live music into the late hours of the night. It was difficult to sleep and get our children to sleep. The building staff was awesome.

Location and view was great and was a big part of why we booked this place. Faced a few issues during our long stay, one problem being the main bedroom where the double bed was very unstable and had wooden rods underneath to hold the bed up. Felt very unstable and felt like the bed could collapse at any time. Also had problems with the second bedroom lock where none of the keys provide could unlock the door. Unable to access the room for a whole day where the owner couldn’t get into the room and had to call security ourselves to open the room. Towels were also very thin and small and felt like a large rag as opposed to the towel. Overall the apartment was at satisfactory level as again we mainly booked the property due to location.

Rai-Rai was a lovely host! I personally loved her unit and its location, especially after finding out it was a corner room. I loved the view and the building's window sizes helped contribute to that. We could see the whole city. I am a big fan of live music (gigs/concerts), so the nightly nearby bars were one of my favorites in the area. I would love to book her place again when I'm back, and would definitely recommend this to friends, family, and colleagues!

Rai-Rai is a very accommodating host. She gladly helped us with some of our requests. Her unit is very clean and it offers a perfect view of downtown Cagayan de Oro.
