This place is probably one of my favorite places I have ever booked. It was HUGE inside and decorated so well. It felt so clean and welcoming. It is located right in the heart of all of the fun in sanford. We never moved our cars once we arrived! I would 10/10 recommend this beautiful rental to anyone wanting a place to stay in Sanford!

You think the pictures are great, this place is better in person! It was just me and my son in town for a baseball tournament and we were blown away with his attention to detail converting this old firehouse into a beautiful property! A bathroom urinal...Are you kidding me!? We loved it...This was pristine! We had a blast staying here. If you're looking for walkable fun and entertainment, this is the place to stay. This downtown area is bustling, but the noise did not keep us from getting a great night sleep! I shared pics and videos of this property with all of my buddies back home who work in Fire Departments around Boston, they were blown away! You get what you pay for here...A little pricey but well well worth it! We will absolutely be back!

Loved the wooden floors, brick walls, high ceilings and firehouse decor in this spacious second floor of an old firehouse. Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was clean, modern and well equipped. We parked our car once and then just walked to the restaurants, bars, theater and marina. The only negative is the noise from neighboring bars. While staying from Monday to Wednesday, we could hear music until 11 PM from the sports bar on the first floor.

We had a wonderful weekend in downtown Sanford staying at the firestation condo. The condo is large and spacious - wonderfully restored and decorated.
