Cannot say enough wonderful things about this spot, 10/10 easy! Loved the vintage charm of this place. The homeowner has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences, such as beautiful home. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, just steps from local eateries, bars truly in the heart of Downtown Sanford. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. We were getting married at a local venue during the weekend of our stay, and the hosts were beyond accommodating to us holding a rehearsal dinner at this home the night before our wedding, we really appreciate their understanding and hospitality! This is also the perfect family-friendly spot, with toys/games provided for the little ones, it was a perfect touch. Thank you for truly making our weekend something we will remember forever!

Excellent location! Spacious house, nice amenities, very clean and well equipped. Had 7 adults, could easily hold 9. Could walk to a great variety of places. Highly recommend.

Beautifully restored, comfortable, clean, spacious house. Tastefully decorated, and close to many shops & restaurants. A little noisy late into the night, but not over the top. Over all, a great place to stay!

Kaitlyn’s home was absolutely fantastic. Super fun charm inside and outside and you can’t beat the location of this home. You can walk to everything in town and there is plenty for kids to do as well. Can’t wait to book again next time we are in Sanford!
