We had a lovely restful stay. It was great to open the door and see geese, sheep, chickens and ducks. It is a good location for exploring Cornwall and Porthleven is beautiful.

We booked to stay at Kim's place a year in advance, the price was great for an August stay. The caravan is older, but had everything we needed for the stay. The few farm animals we met were great and the sheep were always there to greet us when we got back from a day out!

the caravan is in a beautiful location that seems to take you on a small trip back to nature, it is close to all local amenities and attractions, plus Falmouth and St Ives , Penzance are less than 50 minutes away. the caravan was beautifully located and was really clean , as soon as we stepped through the door it felt welcoming, the host kim brought around our fresh eggs around we had pre ordered and it seemed nothing was a problem for her so that put us all at ease . I would like to point out on a clear night just look up, the lack of light in the neighborhood let's you gaze upon the stars in a way most people will of never of seen.
