This was a great location and the place was nice. Very close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay even though there were a few issues. Kitchen mat/rug was soaking wet so had to put it outside. No batteries in the remotes in the living room. We purchased batteries for the living room fire stick. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts communicated very well. Had no reason to contact during our stay.

This was such a wonderful airbnb. super close to downtown gatlinburg but where you stay is super relaxing and quiet. we even got to see a big momma black bear and her 4 cubs playing in the trees right outside of the place!

Ethan and Jennifer’s place was easy to find and very clean! We had our two year old daughter with us and it was perfect for us! We love this location and have stayed her for years, this location is prime! It’s only a very short walk to the back entrance The Village which leads you right into downtown. I’ve never sated on the first floor but it was actually really convenient.

Great location. Clean, perfect for 2 people. Close to main road with loads of restaurants and shops. Great stay overall.

It appears to be an old motel that was converted to condos the color was grey and bland and all the railings made it feel like a prison cell block. As we entered the railings were loose and held on by a Simpson anchor used to hold a roof truss down in wood frame construction. Inside the entire place was the size of motel one bedroom suite. The heating and cooling is through wall units and the one in the living room was so loud it had to be turned off at night to sleep. In the bathroom the light was hanging loose from the wall and the shower handle came off several times and the valve is not properly attached in the wall. In the bedroom there were no batteries in the tv remote and the outlet box for the cable was hanging out of the wall. The silverware consisted of 1 butter knife, 3 forks, and 1 spoon. In the living room the patio door did not work and my friend complained of at least 2 springs popping out of fold out mattress. Out of characters so I will stop here
