This place has rock star status written all over it! It’s well stocked with American fridge-freezer, oven (a rarity in Thailand!), microwave and all cooking appliances you will ever need including a gas bbq! The villa and pool were very clean and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again. However, there are few minor issues which we were not going to mention considering the price we paid (we only paid 25% of the regular rate due to the decline in rental demand because of COVID-19), but if you’re paying full rate these issues should be addressed: 1. There is no washer in the building even though it’s listed 2. No butter knives (only steak knives) 3. The upkeep of the villa could be better managed i.e. plants needed watering, cigarette buts on the terrace, one of the two privacy canopies was broken, two aircon units ineffective and need servicing, external fan in pool area didn’t work, the shower rain head in our room didn’t work, only the hand-held unit. Hopefully the management company can address these issues before they do start to charge full rate again. It’s also worth mentioning that you are overlooked by the villa next door so there’s little or no privacy. Finally, be prepared to monitor your electricity usage otherwise it could be very expensive considering the size of the villa.
