great location. Spot was great. Very friendly host that was accommodating and communicative as well as friendly. Was very pleased and exceeded my expectations. Great for snowboarders/skiers as well as bike riders and outdoorsy people. Definitely trying to book this spot every time i come to mammoth.

A great spot! The patio looks out onto a small section of trees making it feel like you’re in the woods. The place was clean and comfortable. This area is walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and coffee shops. Would stay here again!

It was very nice to stay at this air bnb! Very friendly host and the place is very clean! I do wish that the previous guests could clean the dishes better… it was oily and we have to rewash everything. Side note, you can hear the person walking upstairs~ lol
