We had a few issues when we arrived but Willie was son top of it and took care of everything. This is a great place to stay close to the city. I would note the noise from the upstairs neighbors, we had a couple exercising early in the morning every day. Stay on the second floor if you can. The washer and dryer were really nice. The dishwasher was too. Willie keeps it stocked with detergent and dish soap. I appreciated how well Willie communicated and stayed on top of his messages; I know this is a very busy time of year for DC and he was an excellent host.

This condo is easy to find. Super clean and decorated nicely. Local transportation is nearby, although we used Uber quite a bit. The unit was quiet while still being close to the attractions of DC. We had a great visit!

We stayed here with our teenage son and spent the week exploring DC. The location is a 10 minute ride from DCA airport and about a 10-15 minute ride to all the attractions in DC. We took an Uber or Lyft into the city each day and back. The location is perfect for that. As mentioned in other reviews it is an old, small building so you can hear the footsteps of the tenets above you, but that didn’t bother us. The unit is clean, but a little under stocked. You will need to be prepared to go to the store or have things delivered quickly. There were only 6 (total) coffee pods for a 6 day stay and if you plan on doing laundry, will need to bring detergent or purchase there. The space was comfortable and perfect for our trip. I would recommend staying here.

Great communication with host. Easy instructions and access to property. Very clean. Good location. It was away from all the city noise and transit but very easy to travel into it. Only complaint, if any, is the noise from the other units. One was washing and we heard the entire cycle. But we know it’s an old building and walls are thin. Really wasn’t an issue- we enjoyed the stay.
