The views laying in bed are unmatched! You literally feel as if your floating on the water its so close! My kids loved the pool!! rusty anchor is a fav restaurant on the island and amazing!! we loved our stay highly recommend!

February Point is a great place to stay in Exuma, it’s very safe and a lot of facilities as listed. Location of the house is just right at the beach as you see in the pictures. You have two houses in between swimming pool and it was always empty like our own private pool. Rhonda and property manager Sasha is very responsive and helpful. There was a water accumulation in the garden bringing mosquitos and Sasha organized a cleaning service directly. It’s one of the airbnb occasions place really look like pictures. And pictures of Rhonda from Exuma beaches also guided us where to go in Exuma:)
Beautiful home in a beautiful safe neighborhood with an amazing beautiful view. I hated to leave. Great house to stay.
Our stay at John & Rhonda’s was simply fantastic. Spacious, clean, with a private beach access.

We are 25+ year Incline Village residents, both originally from Southern California. I am semi-retired, my wife Rhonda is an accountant here in town. We have two grown (Website hidden by Airbnb) "empty nesters" we are able to invite you to stay in our home. We love the stunning views of Lake Tahoe, and even after all our time here we are constantly bowled over each time we round a bend or top a rise and see it. Besides that, we couldn't live without all the outdoor activities, summer and winter. Our other loves include tropical beaches, cooking, entertaining, whitewater kayaking and camping.
