Also on the main floor you will find a large, open great room with cathedral ceilings where the beautiful lamps seem to float in the space. The great room consists of a large living area with a 75 "TV, a large dining area for 12, reading area, and a small work space. Also here you will find games of dominoes, cards, board game set and a giant Jenga set. To the far right of the living room is a guest bathroom and a table for 4 which transitions into a beautiful, modern and fully-equipped kitchen. Kitchen has access through a pass-through window to the outside breakfast bar, and a beautiful view of the terrace, the pool/bar and BBQ area. The terrace is very spacious with multiple seating areas and a hammock as well as an outdoor shower. The house has a spacious laundry room complete with a washer, dryer, and iron/board. It also has access to the outside where the driveway/parking space is conveniently located.
