Our group of 6 stayed at Elmyra and Yevgeniy's place for 2 nights for a friend's wedding. The place was spacious, the location was good, very walkable to many great restaurants and cafes. The hosts were very responsive so communication was A+++! However, as other reviews indicated, the entire house is in need of a deep clean and maybe an update on some of the amenities. While the floor itself was clean, there are visible rust and stains on the bathroom sinks, drawers have hairs from previous tenants that weren't vacuumed up, towels are old/stiff and have bleach stains, and the fridge had food stains that weren't wiped down. To be fair, everyone's definition of clean is different, so this may be the level of cleanliness that is acceptable to others. But for us, it could use a deeper clean. All in all, an okay place to stay if you have a big group visiting Providence, RI. But we may opt for a hotel or another AirBnB the next time we visit.

We were in town for my son’s graduation and there were 8 of us. The beds were very comfortable and three bathrooms were a lifesaver. The place was superficially clean, but would benefit from a deep clean. The space could also use a bit more furniture in common areas - all 8 of use could not sit down to eat, or gather in the living room. The weekend was unusually cold and hosts were immediately responsive when we couldn’t get the heating to work. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

Rented this place for my son's college graduation at Providence. It was great and was able to accommodate all 6 guests. It was in a great location, Federal Hill, and in walking distance to all the great restaurants. Only thing missing was a TV but it was not a surprise as Elmyra and Yevgeniy listed no TV in their amenities.

The place is in need of a thorough cleaning and attention. We arrived to trash from previous guests, one dirty sponge and three disgustingly filthy bathroom cups. Host was responsive in sending new sponges and trash bags as none were there. An old bag of ice was left in the filthy freezer. Host gave us a credit for us to buy ice as the ice maker was not working. Hand towels were full of bleach stains. Bath towels were old and worn. The bathroom faucets are dirty and corroded. "Snacks" were mini breakfast bars in a mason jar on the kitchen counter; NOT the little baskets pictured on the website. There were NO kitchen basics (e.g. salt, pepper, oil). The smell from the perfumed plug-ins was overwhelming. We expected a much cleaner, maintained place, especially for the price.
