Beautiful location, very professional and friendly staff that are always available to help. Great value for your money with more guests. It's definitely not walkable, a car is NEEDED.

Highly recommended accommodation with stunning views over Lago di Como. Perfect stay for a large group of family or friends that want to enjoy spending some time together in the house, garden, pool. A day trip to the lake is also possible, depending on where you want to go, start early because roads can be busy.

We just got back from our stay and had a wonderful time! Pros: -amazing Views of lake Como -Quaint Town, old, historic, true cultural Italian feel staying at this house -Host was responsive during stay -House is very big so great for huge families or several couples/friends Cons: -The walk to/from the car park was pretty hard, especially in the heat.We have 3 kids so it was tough on them. Dem helped bring our bags up when we checked in which we wouldn’t have been able to do alone. -it’s a long, windy drive up to the town where the villa is -cell service didn’t work in the house and Wi-Fi only worked on first floor and certain parts of the media room. -the bell tower! It starts at 6:45 every morning and is VERY loud. This was our least favorite part for sure. Suggestions: -pack light -Get your groceries before coming(get paper towel and ice trays) -Make dinner plans in advance -be aware of wasps when using pool

The place was amazing! it is very big, much bigger than I was expecting. We had 8 guests and could have had more and would have been comfortable. It is a little tricky getting to the place but Rent Como was very accommodating, and Dem was amazing with helping us with our luggage and giving us local recommendations. The views were amazing! The weather was not the greatest so we didn't use the pool much. There are some awesome hikes just behind the house. The wifi worked well in most of the house, which was nice because there was no cellphone coverage in the lower parts of the house. Would recommend this place if you want a quiet getaway with spectacular views.
