- Beautiful & unique room, formerly the library of our Tudor mansion - King bed with sofa with forest views - PLEASE NOTE: this is our only room without an en-suite bathroom. You have a private bathroom that is not available to other guests, but in order to access it you must cross the upstairs landing to enter. Please reach out if you have any questions. - 1.5 miles to Downtown Salida - Access to a 6-person outdoor hot tub (shared with other guests) - Free wifi & parking for one vehicle - Each room has its own mini-fridge - Shared amenities include: Propane Grill, Microwave, 24/7 coffee bar, wood-burning stove, and eating area - Located at Blue Coyote Ranch: a professional hospitality property boasting 33 acres of pine forests and pastures - Property sits on top of a ridge and is surrounded by gorgeous 360-degree views of the Rocky Mountains - Common wildlife sightings of deer and a large variety of birds (including our favorite - Pinon Jays!) - Owners and staff are available 24/7 for any issues - We have the best wifi available in our area. Guests have had no issues doing Zoom calls or other remote work using our wifi. - Hotel-style room located in a 1979 Tudor-Style mansion with large indoor and outdoor common areas

The property was beautiful!
I loved the outdoor hot tub. The coffee bar had Greek yogurts and granola bars available, good quality tea leaves, and an ice making machine. Beautiful top notch place inside and out.
Clean, spacious, quiet, beautiful property. We ended up having the entire place to ourselves, which was amazing! So close to town yet totally private. The entire stay felt very luxurious. We will definitely be back!

Salida is a funky mountain town with plenty of artists, ski bums and river rats! We have a variety of great dining and shopping options as well as access to a multitude of outdoor adventures.
Our property totals 33 acres and is located about 1.5 miles from Downtown Salida. We sit on a ridge surrounded by Pinon Pines with gorgeous 360 degree views of Methodist Mountain, the Sangre de Cristo Range, and the Collegiate Peaks. An endless number of trails and public lands are available to explore.
Our property is about 1.5 miles from Downtown Salida. If you are brave enough to take on our steep hill, it's a short bike ride or walk to almost anywhere in town.
Other than biking or walking, a car (we recommend 4WD in the winter) will usually be the best way to get around town and into the mountains.

Hello! We are Sara and Mike, the owners at Blue Coyote Ranch! We met in June of 2020 in Denver in the middle of the COVID-19 global pandemic. We immediately hit it off and realized we shared many of the same goals: we wanted to live in a small town and leave our corporate jobs. By December 2020 we were the proud new owners of Blue Coyote Ranch (previously called the Tudor Rose). The property is a gorgeous 33-acre parcel of land sitting on top of a hill overlooking Salida. We have two types of accommodation on the property: The Main Inn with six unique hotel-style rooms; and four cabin rentals, each sleeping 6. In total we can sleep 39 on the property and love hosting large groups like family reunions and wedding parties. We have been working hard to redecorate & remodel the property to match our own style: natural, modern, & clean. We completed a major renovation of the Main Inn in May 2022. We run our property on a self-service model to give our guests the maximum amount of privacy and flexibility. However, unlike other Airbnb Hosts, are only a phone call away and available 24/7. Our awesome manager, Tiffany helps us out with guest relations so you may also hear back from her.
