eVita Premium Studio apartments are reconstructed in July 2018. It is ground floor house with 4 modern, fully equipped studios for 2 and with a laundry and iron room available for all guests. The beach is only 4 minutes walk through the woods and the center of Fažana is 10 minutes walk. Restaurant is 3 minutes walk and bus station is across the street. Come and enjoy this premium studio apartments for 2 :) The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, plates, glasses for wine, beer, juice, coffee cups and tea cups, pins, pans, sponges, forks, knives, scissors, openers, cutting pliers, pads, cutters, garbage bags , sink with hot and cold water, sponges and dishwashing liquid. The kitchen has a dishwasher with tabs provided, 2-pane glass ceramic plate, freezer and fridge, where you will be welcomed by a welcome drink. Each apartment has a table and chairs for dining inside and on the terrace. We are very proud to offer beds of very large dimensions of 190x210 with extra quality mattresses and quality bedding that will sleep well and be rested the next morning. In addition to the bed there are bedside cabinets and lighting switches. Apart from the classic sockets, we also offer USB charging sockets next to the bed. Also the light above the bed, besides having the ability to change colors via the remote control, includes a bluetooth speaker so you can connect to the cellphone and listen to music over it. There is also wardrobe with its own light. We have equipped our apartments with a great WI-FI network and a big screen Android TV where you can watch a variety of programs with Internet or satellite television and also offer our guests a free and Netflix service. Each apartment also has a make-up table and chair, but it can also be used as a work desk. The bathrooms are new, clean and neat. They are equipped with floor mats, towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, First aid box and a couple of disposable shampoos, soaps and sticks until you go to the store. On the terrace each apartment has a table and chairs, a sunshade and 2 deck chairs with a side table. In the yard can be parked 4 cars, each apartment has its own parking space. The yard has a pedestrian gate and a automatic gate for cars.
