We loved our long weekend stay. The house is so nice; just as described and pictured. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Our two great granddaughters (both age 4) got to come visit for an afternoon. They loved the bedroom with the bunkbeds and the toys. And they thought all the neat items in the garage were just GREAT!!!! The two of us just loved every minute of relaxation we had. We look forward to staying here again when we go to Bryn. Thank you Jean!!!!!

It was a great space. We also had a little one and she was so happy to see all the toys for her to play with. They was so helpful since we could only travel with so much. It was clean and cozy.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while doing a college tour at Texas A&M. Lots of thoughtful attention by the host- snack baskets, coffee bar and sodas. Plenty of linens and a well-stocked kitchen, fenced in yard great for our dogs. Plenty of board games and activities for the family and kids (garage had some super fun games). Location is close to the college, shopping and restaurants. Definitely will be staying here again when we visit our future Aggie!

Loved our quick stay at The Back 40…we needed a family friendly place to show our senior how great Aggieland is and this was perfect. Highlights were the great backyard, games, coffee bar, and extra shower.
