The accommodation was awesome. We stayed for one week. Nice location, perfect for visiting Catania, clean and big apartment. Everything was nice!

It was a hotel and not airbnb experience! I did not investigate into the host and missed the fact that this is apart-hotel with reception. Another error I've done is reserving for 1 guest only which led to very unpleasant communication with host (always travel with my girls so have no idea how I booked for 1 only; other 3 bookings from this trip were correct btw). I offered to update the booking on abnb but Edoardo said "No need"... and called abnb support. We updated the reservation with support agent. Then Edoardo wrote & asked to pay at reception the difference of 36 EUR. I said that we've done this already online but he said "No, you must pay at reception before 8pm". I tried to cancel the booking via abnb after the 3rd request to come and pay but failed. After 3h of messaging during our sightseeing host said that all is OK. 3/5 stars: +1 location +1 photos correspond the reality +1 we managed to sleep there -1 communication -1 description lacks apart-hotel details

Posto centrale ideale per chi vuole vivere un bel soggiorno a Catania. Appartamento nuovo, molto pulito e personale gentilissimo.

Great host super responsive with all the needs satisfied immediately. I really recommend this apartment. Location could not be better. Lift helps if you have heavy luggage.
