Bungalow for a relaxing holiday for 4 people, about 25 km north of Albufeira, on a large, secluded private plot on a reservoir with south-west view and a large terrace. Very quiet location in the middle of nature in the south of Portugal with playground and table tennis/hobby room. No traffic, no aeroplanes, no tourists - but a fantastic starry sky. We have our own beach with lake access, kayaks & solar boat (extra). Our large playground for your children, with "tree house", trampoline, slide, 2 swings, sandpit and lots of beach sand, is located a little distance from your Bungalow in the direction of the wooden house (second rental property). 5 kayaks for sea/river trips are available and can be used freely. Our smart solar boat for up to 4 people + 1 child, can be rented for 50€ per day, water level permitting. NEW 2024: We have reconstructed part of our ruin into a shared hobby and party room. Here you will find a new, foldable table tennis table with all accessories, a 65" Smart TV (Astra satellite), a connected JBL 300 party box, a wood-burning stove, a refrigerator and plenty of seating inside and outside. The large terrace in front is currently still under construction, but already has a table, bench and BBQ. If the wooden house (2nd property) is rented out at the same time, the playground, kayaks, beach & table tennis room are available to both tenants. Agreements with each other allow individual use. I am happy to help. The nearest larger town is S.B. de Messines with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, petrol stations etc., less than 10 minutes away by car. The ocean beaches of Albufeira and Armacao de Pera are about 25 minutes by car from Messines. Carvoeiro and Portimao about 35/45min. 50-65€ per day depending on season 5 days minimum booking You can also hire our smart, white Ford Focus Diesel, with personal airport transfer. Please enquire for availability and current price. Currently 50€ daily rental & 500€ deposit, incl. insurance, kilometres and child seats if required. Pick up from the airport incl. shopping stop at the supermarket, plus return trip for departure for only 90€. Please note our house rules.
