The place was super nice and convenient. There is a tricycle stand across the street and a taxi stand further ahead. Below is a convenience store so you'll never run out of supplies. (A supermarket is also right across the street.) The place has a lot of amenities like Wi-Fi and a smart TV, but unfortunately, I did not have time to watch shows on the TV. I suppose my only concern was laundry. Bacolod is a nice place but please be careful in the night because it gets very dark outside. The condo building has a guard on the gate. Overall it is a very pleasant stay and worth the money.

I found Dyan's place to be a practical efficiency apartment. Kitchen accessories were adequate. Cleanliness was good. The location is good and the security staff was always welcoming and helpful.  The swimming pool is suitable for lengths and I was able to find uncongested strips for running at the port, <1km away. I would recommend it as a safe travel start in Bacolod or the Philippines. Things to consider... The pool was closed for "maintenance" on Monday. The shower heater seemed to have broken prior to my arrival. (Dyan quickly had maintenance looking at it, but they were unable to repair it.) Although on the 9th floor, the unit is facing the street. I left the wall aircon unit running for white noise at night. This worked well until my last night, when a vehicle was beeping at 5AM for about 30 minutes.

Just a few hiccups when I checked-in (it's a self check-in and the guards took a while to find the documents left by the host) but Dyan Grace sent me all instructions ahead so it was easy. A quiet place near Ayala Mall which was just right across and a few blocks to The Negros Museum (which was the place I had to work for this trip). There's a smart TV, sofa, wifi, fridge and a working table just enough for those who are in a working trip like me. Guards and maintainance staff are nice. All in all, I had a safe and sound stay at this unit. My check-out was quick and easy. Thank you Dyan Grace.
