We have had a lovely time staying at Lumleys and at Camber. On arrival it was really easy to access the house. Cake and treats had been left by the host which we were grateful for after our long journeys. The house is well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, the beds are comfortably and the towels, large, soft and fluffy. As for the soap, i have never smelt one so delicious. We ordered a food delivery which found us with no trouble and ate at the Owl which is only a short walk from the house. There is easy access to the beautiful beach at Camber, turn right for dog friendly and left if you'd prefer to be away from our furry friends. We enjoyed travelling around the local area, visiting Rye and Hastings, if we'd have had longer we would have liked to see more - maybe next time as I'm fairly sure we'll be back.

We had a brilliant break at Lumley’s. The house was a great size and layout for two families. Very comfy beds, quality bed linen and towels. Kitchen and utility room had everything we needed and more. Lovely crockery too! Beach only 5 min walk. Bus stop also few mins walk which takes you to Rye.

What an absolutely amazing house, it's spectacular. We found pretty much anything you could possibly need in the huge kitchen drawers, the showers are brilliant and the beds lovely and comfy. The house is perfect for relaxing around and very well thought out. It's a good five minute walk to the beach, over dunes but you end up at the nicer and much quieter part of Camber which has lovely sand. (download a tide app as it goes out absolutely miles) Rye has some decent pubs and restaurants and is only a ten minute drive with very reasonable parking too.
