Lovely place. Our little girl made ground floor bedroom her main play area. Very helpful that staircase is covered with carpet much safer with toddlers. Lovely and clean place. Kitchen is well equipped. We used it for every breakfast lunch and dinner.

7 adults and a pupper all had a great time in this spacious house right on the beach. Walking into the living room and seeing the lovely beach through the large windows is indeed a 'WOW' moment. Kitchen was new, clean and well supplied. Beds were super-comfortable and the bathrooms were modern, stylish and clean. Lounge was very comfy with incredible views, plenty of seating and the biggest TV ever. Decking outside was very nice with comfy lawn chairs, dining area and a spectacular view across the bay and that direct beach access. Beach access from the end of the garden was incredible and such a treat. The nature of the area (no public car parks nearby and it being quite a residential area(bar the long row of private beach houses) meant the beach was empty all Easter weekend except for a few dog walkers. Local conveneience store, a chip shop, and a couple of restaurants within a mile were very handy, and for anything else more substantial just head the few miles by car to Eastbourne.

Great place right on the beach! Gets a little cold as the heating is blocked from turning it up but just dress warm and all good. Great hosts, everything you need!

What a wonderful place to stay for a Christmas get together. One of the cleanest holiday homes we've ever stayed in!! Great for the dog, straight on to the beach. My wife even managed to cook Xmas dinner for 7 in the kitchen.Lovely and cosy,huge TV and Bluetooth speaker.Amzing having the beach on your doorstep!!!
