On entering the property, you will arrive at the main hallway, off from which you will find the spacious living area with comfortable leather sofas and chairs, feature fireplace, as well as a TV, DVD and iPod dock. The front aspect of this room has views across the shingle beach and to the rear, the room opens out onto the property’s enclosed garden. Also off the hall is the dining room with seating for 8, and views towards the beach at the front. The kitchen is well-appointed with TV, electric oven, gas hob, toaster, microwave and American-style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser and a breakfast table able to seat up to 4 people. From the kitchen, there are patio doors to the back garden, and a small utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a convenient downstairs cloakroom. Carpeted turned stairs to the first floor bring you to three bedrooms, the first of which has a single bed and space to put away your clothes. A room with a king-size bed, has the added benefit of an en-suite shower room, as well as a balcony which runs the full width of the house with views across the bay. The twin bedroom at the rear of the property has two single beds and in the wardrobe you will find a travel cot, should you be holidaying with an infant. There is a lovely first-floor living area, which also has access to the seafront balcony, with comfortable seating and TV and DVD. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath.
