Really cool old building that’s been remodeled into these little studios. I had a glitch getting checked out in time but they were very accommodating and kind throughout my 8 night stay.

As a solo digital nomad male traveler I generally found my stay at this location to be superb . Not much I didn’t like . Plenty of parking on the street, quiet neighborhood , very close to beach and shopping , great cafes near by . The unit I stayed in was a lower unit and it was very well done up and remodeled with everything in great shape. I worked from the room mostly and enjoyed the double doors allow privacy but also fresh air and sunlight . The bed was cozy and comfortable and the amenities were all brand new . There was an outdoor washer dryer which was ah du for my gym clothes . I would recommend and stay again

Basically a very nice studio apt on a very nice street. 2 blocks from one of Encinitas most beautiful beaches. You can walk to all your possible needs cvs restaurants etc. great place great value
