What a great house! It is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood in a suburb of Munich. Gerda, the property manager that lives on the upper floor of the house (separate entrance), was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. This is a big house with a very nice terrace and back yard. 5 bedrooms ( 2 on the main floor and 3 in the basement) and 3 baths (2 on the main floor and 1 in the basement) provide ample room to spread out. It is in walking distance (about 8 minutes) to the S-Bahn (S6 line). We used public transportation in town most of the time and yes, there is an App for that. Groceries, bakeries and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk from the house. We were in the house for 8 days and we would go back anytime. Samson, the owner, communicated well with us throughout the entire process from the initial inquiry about availability through to the farewell.

take your vacation here,,, It was one of the best places we spent our vacation in. Samson really made this place perfect. My family all agreed that it was the best, the rooms, the kitchen, living room and the garden. We would not ask for better place. I would like to leave a comment to my fellow Arabs, المكان رووووعه وممتاز اذا كنتو عائلة كبيره البيت هذا يعتبر الافضل الصراحة انبسطنا فيه ويستاهل المبلغ اللي دفعناه فيه القعده في الحديقه ولا اروع الغرف حلوه وارتحنا فيها واجد والافضل من هذا كله الحمامات فيها شطافات...عسى غير السعوديين يعرفونهم... اكتبها بقوقل وبتعرف مابي امدح المكان واجد لاني فعلا افكر ارجعله الصيف الجاي وابغاه ما يكون محجوز Thank you Samson

Really good place to live with big family or big company of friends. Nice city near Munich. 15 minutes by car to the historical center of Munich. Lot's of clean towels, and home chemicals for laundry and kitchen. Samson is very helpful and plasant owner. All in time and some little issues was cleared in hours by him. Big aquarium at house is awesome! Thanks a lot! Promice to advice to friends.
