The church is a beautifully crafted space full of character that felt like home as soon as we walked in the door. The interior design was very considered and created a relaxed lux feel that was welcoming without being over the top. Everything we needed for a short stay. We would definitely go back again.

We had a great stay at the church, it was very well equipped and comfortable, the open fire was great. The location is very peaceful with lots of birdlife around. We loved the little village of Candelo, the cafe has great food and coffee. The nearby east coast national park is very beautiful. Marie and her husband have done a great job of renovating the church, they have included many thoughtful extras which make the stay more enjoyable, communication with Marie excellent. Would definitely recommend a visit to this unique property

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and thoughtfully designed property. Amenities were so carefully considered and owner Marie was helpful with questions and general recommendations. The church welcomes you warmly and the peaceful vibe lets you relax and enjoy the beauty of natural surrounds. The property has been designed to show off its character with modern comforts that is pleasing to the eye and gives you an appreciation for all the fine touches that is such a treat to experience. Our two Cavaliers had a wonderful time also! The property has the high end style of a design magazine with so much love that has been invested. Thank you for looking after us so well and sharing this piece of paradise! 🙏♥️
