Clare’s house had everything you would need for a family holiday. Very tastefully decorated and the fans in the bedrooms were a great thing to have during the warm evenings. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Lovely property, but unsafe. This was the second time we have stayed in one of Clare's properties. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. We arrived for a 2 night stay in August 2022 with our 7 week old baby. Upon arrival, the property appeared to be up to the same standard as the previous house we had stayed in. At 4am when getting up for a feed, we noticed water dripping from the ceiling of the second bedroom. After moving a box which had been placed on top of the wardrobe, we discovered a leak and black mould that has spread from the ceiling, to the skirting board. I contacted the owner immediately to which she told me that she was aware of the issue and that a plumber was coming the next day to fix the leak. However no mention of getting rid of the mould. Black mould is incredibly dangerous for people with weakened immune systems, including newborn babies, as well as people with asthma (like my partner). We are incredibly disappointed that the owner hadn't informed us and given us a chance to make other accommodation arrangements. She chose to put the health of our family at risk for her own profit. No measures had been put in place to try to ventilate and make the property safe. All the windows were closed, the door to the bedroom with the leak was open (circulating the toxins) and strong air freshener and the box on the wardrobe had clearly been used to try and hide issue. The owner has been incredibly difficult after we decided to leave the property and has not taken any accountability, so much so, that we had to go through Airbnb resolutions.

Sandpiper is a beautifully seaside styled apartment, a short stroll to the coast line and beaches of Pakefield/Lowestoft. Plenty of room for us and our two young children, Loved our stay, wished it could have been for longer!

Sandpiper has all the little details that make it feel like home. Easy to check in and out, a great location too only a short walk to the beach, we loved it!
