Brilliant stay. The room is small but very cleverly laid out with a comfy bed. I Might use the upper section next time to escape our 11th month old daughter. Great shower and good bathroom. Laura was really helpful throughout the check in process. Breakfast was excellent, not surprising given the reputation both Kota and kota Kai have for exceptional food.

Great location for a summer long week stay with outstanding catering services. It's a great value for money considering we are having B&B every morning cooked by the chef's that holding Michelin standard quality. Porthleven is a great little harbour at this south coast of Cornwall. The food choices are spoiling the tourist and locals. Kota and Kotakai are certainly the backbone of the culinary world here in Porthleven. The B&B(room 3) are small , but big enough to sleep a family of 4. Room has fridge and umbrella also prepared travel cot for us which is sweet. The shower facilities are great power and clean. We are in central of the harbour so we have everything within reach. The staff are very helpful and hard working. Overall very good for value.

Porthleven is a beautiful fishing village and we will not hesitate to return.

Kota accommodation is lovely!! Perfect location for a wonderful time away, Porthleven has great places to eat and explore. Highly recommend eats at Kota as well
